As a physio I am passionate about getting to know what makes people tick and their unique pain experience. They are the experts of their symptoms! My aim is to use this knowledge to help empower people and guide them towards whatever treatment goals they may have.

I recently moved to Perth from the UK and am very excited to be part of the team at A Fine Balance!

Since completing my Physiotherapy degree thirteen years ago at Kings College London, I have gained a broad range of experience in the UK National Health Service, private practice, the sporting world and the military. I completed my Masters in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2017 and am awaiting the publication of my research project.

Away from work, I am kept busy by my one-year-old and settling into Perth life: enjoying the weather, being by the ocean and the incredible play parks!!  In my pre-mum life, I loved playing sports. I played tennis professionally and more recently spent my Saturday mornings on a netball court - something which I hope to get back to as soon as possible! I also did a bit of sailing a couple of years ago, taking part in the Aussie and Atlantic legs of the Clipper Round the World Race - respect to professional sailors - it was tough going!
