To book a sauna, you must be an existing patient with your file linked to our online booking system. So don't try and book it as a guest.
Start by registering your account, or we can send you an email to make the process faster if you like, just ask.
We use a pass system: purchase single, 5, or 10-pass bundles online. The 5 pass bundle represents a 20% discount, the 10 pass bundle gives a 25% discount and the bundles have 12 months. Once you have paid for your pass, it will be reflected on your file.
Then, select the "Sauna" service and your preferred time. The system will deduct a pass from your account. Cancellations will return the pass to your balance. This is a self-service system; pay and book online, then simply arrive and enjoy your private sauna session.
Staff assistance is available, just ring the bell in the waiting room or the sauna room. And if you'r unsure, just reach out and we'll get it sorted.
