We a proud to offer the highest quality infrared sauna only to our existing patients. This 3 person sauna has ample space to allow you to relax.

You have private and exclusive use of the room for a full 40 minutes, allowing enough time to enjoy a 30 minute sauna session and not feel rushed.

We provide a calming and rejuvinating space, with refreshments and towels. Your sauna will be ready to go when you arrive for your session and you simply choose your music or audio, colour settings and hit start. The only thing to do then, is relax. We offer this only to our existing patient community. You don't need to wait, just make your way to the sauna room at the time of your booking.

We have a few rules, please;

• Wear bathers at all times

• Sit against one of the towels provided, tucking it in at the top of the back rest and over the seat

• Put a second towel under your feet on the floor

• Don't play with the settings on the touchscreen beyond the time, temp, music and colour

• Exit the room on time

And some suggestions;

• Take a water bottle in with you and stay hydrated

• Bring a spare towel, or loose clothing for the journey home

• Please try not to rub up against the glass

• Leave it as you found it, neat and tidy for the next guest
